At Beko Replacement Parts, we want to ensure your home appliances are running perfectly; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your parts within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Compatibility

  Ensure the part is in its original, uninstalled condition and matches the model number of your Beko appliance before initiating the return.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the item in its original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned part, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus shipping costs.
